This course covers all aspects of Front-Line supervision including management, psychology, discipline, communication and more.     

The Correspondence Course for Front-Line Supervisors was initially developed with an advisory board of ten trucking-industry leaders representing large and small carriers, union and non-union as well as truckload and less-than-truckload carriers.

With Ten lessons that cover all aspects of front-line supervision in the trucking industry, t he course provides a one-on-one learning environment.  Students are encouraged to correspond with Herbert Jeff & Associates regarding course-related questions. Quarterly reports can be sent to a designated executive in your company and a Certificate of Achievement is awarded to each person who satisfactorily completes the course.
