We have been given approval from our Funding Source to bring the key principals together in Europe to consummate agreements in order to proceed. Due to a consensus of participants to have the project start now, we are offering an investment to a key investor, or investors, who will benefit greatly by helping us. These "bridge" funds we require now will be used for our corporate infrastructure, national and international travel for our "due diligence" team, and various other coordinating expenses related to the project.
