I have spent much time over the past five years in Nepal and India. Nepal is the second poorest country in the world and yet the people of the beautiful Himalayas have captured my heart in a profound way.

Standing in the presence of those great mountains and the richness of Spirit that they mirror, it troubled me to see hungry people nestled in their foothills. How, I wondered, could the mountains, which have inspired human souls to achieve the greatest heights of personal accomplishment, transcendence and Divine bliss, also cradle many who experience a reality filled with pain, struggle and suffering?

In the quest to answer this question, I was given the opportunity to directly face a personal delimma I was grappling with - healing my own beliefs in lack. My journey to address this issue has lead to numerous personal and collective healing breakthroughs which I have compiled into a series of books, and has ended with a challenge to see that the children of Nepal have enough to eat, have shoes and that they can go to school, among other things.

Through the sale of my books, the sale of Ganoderma and generous donations I am establishing a series of "Heaven on Earth" projects that are geared to reflect upon the children of Nepal, the Divine abundance that surrounds them.

Our goal is to fully empower these people while preserving the essence of that which is beautiful about their simple way of life - their friendliness and good humor, their extraordinary physical strength and fitness, their capacity to be present to life and to live in perfect ease with nature.
